4.5 Right to Withhold. zc88 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms pending investigation.
5.1 All bets placed on zc88 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino product. These rules are available within each game or market on the zc88 platform.
5.2 Once confirmed by the system, bets on zc88 are final and cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn by the player, except where an in-play cash-out feature is expressly made available and remains active for that specific bet.
5.3 zc88 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a pricing error, system fault, or where there is clear evidence of exploitation of technical anomalies. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's zc88 account.
5.4 For live dealer casino games on zc88, the results are determined by the physical actions of the dealer (card deal, wheel spin) in accordance with the certified game rules of the supplying studio. All outcomes are final once the round closes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zc88 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
8.1 All content on zc88, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game assets, interface design, text, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of zc88 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any zc88 content without prior written permission from zc88.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zc88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the zc88 platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes, technical interruptions, or third-party payment delays.
9.2 zc88's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you to zc88 in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.1 zc88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account with immediate effect if there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that prejudices zc88 or other users.
10.2 Upon account closure for cause, zc88 may retain account balances pending investigation. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, those balances may be forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.
10.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their zc88 account may do so by contacting support. Any confirmed real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be refunded to a verified payment method.

14.2 Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable local law.
